About Devin Fowler
Service has always been at the core of what I do. After retiring from the United States Marine Corps, I wanted to bring that same level of dedication and structured problem-solving directly to my local community. Today, I am a graduate student in Applied Behavior Analysis, operating under the direct supervision of a Licensed Behavior Analyst. I launched Balkan Behavioral Science SBC with one simple mission: to help people. By combining evidence-based science with practical strategies, I provide high-quality, no-cost support to help children, families, and adults navigate their daily challenges and thrive.
Beyond my professional and academic work, I am a devoted father to many wonderful children. I love them endlessly, and using what I have learned in my behavioral studies to strengthen our relationship has shown me firsthand how life-changing these strategies can be for a family.
Finally, I specialize in providing in-home and remote services, because I believe in meeting people exactly where they are comfortable. I know what it is like to navigate deep adversity and walk through dark seasons. Because of that, I bring absolutely no judgment to your doorstep—only a genuine desire to help you find clarity, build resilience, and bring light back into your home.
